Day 5

I have been posting ATP Tennis picks and the notable match ups that have been standing out mostly through my Twitter but as my audience has grown so has my reach and would like to make my website more of a one stop shop for info, and my sports betting packages. Enjoy!

10/19

A. Mannarino -130 – Really? Mannarino just a slight favorite on a guy ranked 217th in the world? Yes Gerasimov is an up and comer on the tour, but this also seems disrespectful. Mannarino played a very convincing match against Cecchinato and I think the momentum carries over. 10 star.

G. Monfils -155 – Pospisil put together a really nice showing against his Canadian counter-part, Raonic. But, he has lost to Monfils all 5 times in his career and it is expected for that to happen again, as Monfils seems to know how to handle Posipil’s game. 5 star.

F. Fognini +120 – Honestly, I am very surprised to see that Fognini is an underdog here. If this game was in Asia I might think different, but it’s not and Fognini’s play on hard court is what is driving his line down. This will be a good game, but I don’t think Fognini should be an under dog. 5 star.

10/18

D. Schwartzman -125 – The rankings tell a bit of a story here, Norrie has been decent on the season, but just simply should be of no comparison to Schwartzman and this line is implying they are close. Realistically, I don’t see why the odds are so close, especially on the hard court.

P. Kohlschreiber +115 – This is a pure value play. The series between Kohlschreiber and Verdasco is 5-4 for Kohlschreiber. For him to be listed as an underdog makes some value. Not only is he talented enough to beat Verdasco, but he has 5 times, and the most recent matchup between the two. Take the extra cash.

10/15

A. Mannarino -260 – Somewhat of a steep price, but not too steep for someone top 60 in the world going against an opponent ranked 255 on the ATP Tour and this being his first match on the tour for 2018. Mannarino is a tough opponent and skill set should play a huge factor once they get into the second set. 10 star.

L. Mayer +110 – Leonardo has played a ton of tennis this season, coming up onto match 45. Of the 44 he has played he is 22-22, while being ranked 53rd in the world. Mayer plays great tennis on clay court, and good tennis on the hard court. Pospisil is very up and down, but has had a very poor season with strong plays in grand slams which is helping his ranking. Lean on Mayer as an underdog value. 5 star.

M. Marterer -125 – I love the value on this line for Marterer, and I feel good about the confidence that Marterer is going to bring into this match. Marterer played Ymer about 2 years ago, and playing him again in a first round match, I am expecting for Marterer to quickly dispose of him again in 2 sets. He needs to finish the season strong. 5 star.
